Mike Ficco is an expert in embedded systems with nearly thirty years of experience in electrical engineering and software development. He has worked as a director and vice president of engineering at several corporations, where he led the development of complex systems and managed multimillion-dollar projects.

Susan McCord has more than 20 years experience in designing software for hard real-time, safety-critical, embedded applications. These include implantable medical devices, deep space spacecraft, and commercial aircraft. Susan earned her BSCS at the University of Nebraska.
